Payment
Payments for orders can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American
Express. We also accept personal checks or money orders. When paying by check
please allow 5-7 days to clear.
Payments made by credit card must be handled directly with a phone call to
972-547-0908 or 903-624-5839.
All transactions must be made in US Dollars. Texas residents must add 8.25%
sales tax to the order.


Ordering
You can place an order online, by phone or fax. Please have the item number
available when placing an order.
Some Items can be ordered directly online through Paypal (with a Paypal account or via a credit card account). These items would include
CANDLES, PLATE RACKS, IRON PIECES, AND COOKIE CUTTERS. For all other items, a request must be made via email.
For orders not consisting of CANDLES, PLATE RACKS, IRON PIECES, AND COOKIE CUTTERS:
You can simply click on the
ORDER button next to the item and this will format an email message that will be sent to Accetera. A
notification of the email purchase will be sent back to you to confirm that we
have received your purchase order and confirm the availability of the item(s).
Please include your name, address, phone number and the
item number along with your choice of payment. Do not add any credit card
information, please call with that information to 972-547-0908 or
903-624-5839.
For orders that do include CANDLES, PLATE RACKS, IRON PIECES, AND COOKIE CUTTERS:
There will be a Paypal ORDER (Add to Cart) button for these items. At checkout, the website will redirect you to the Paypal secured
website where you will be asked for either your Paypal account information or credit card information (without a Paypal account).

Shipping
For orders not consisting of CANDLES, PLATE RACKS, IRON PIECES, AND COOKIE CUTTERS:
Upon receipt of an order, the shipping costs will be calculated based on
weight, destination (zip code) and method of shipment. Some items will
be shipped using US Priority mail or DHL / Airborne ground service. If you
have a preference that can also be considered. Larger items such as furniture
will be sent using Craters and Freighters. All shipment costs will include
insurance coverage.
For orders that do include CANDLES, PLATE RACKS, IRON PIECES, AND COOKIE CUTTERS:
The shipping charges will be described on the website pages based on the total amount being purchased.
There are also buttons that can be pressed to include insurance with your shipment.
A summary of these charges are as follows:
Shipping Charges Applied:
$10.00 and Under - Shipping Cost is $6.50
$10.01 - $50.00 - Shipping Cost is $9.50
$50.01 - $100.00 - Shipping Cost is $15.00
$100.01 - $200.00 - Shipping Cost is $25.00
Over $200.00 - Shipping Cost is $35.00
All shipments are via US Post Office, priority mail.

Taxes
All Texas residents must add 8.25% to their order (this will automatically be included for Texas residents when processing through Paypal).
